We know by now that Mobile Phones are contributing to unhealthy habits of STRESS, with information overload that we are becoming more addicted to from constantly checking our phones, be that for emails; social emails, texting, surfing the net along with forgetting that other people are in our presence!

Ask Yourself: - Do I really want or need to be doing this now?

2019 is on route and we all know how much we stick with resolutions ???? so give yourself the gift of incorporating some positive change in your relationship with your mobile!

NEW YEAR RESOLUTION ONE - POWER DOWN!

The bedroom is for Sleep time NOT Screen time

The BIGGEST SLEEP STRESSOR of all time is the MOBILE phone with too easy access to; emails, social media, texting and surfing the net especially in the lead up to bedtime when we need to be slowing down and de-exciting our nervous system.

Sleeping with phone can affect the quality of your sleep, concentration, and cognitive abilities. It can lead to headaches, nightmares, interrupted sleep patterns and biological clock, stress, insomnia, poor concentration, reduced cognitive and productive abilities…

Mobile Sleep deficiency – dumbs you down, you learn slower, think slower, solve problems slower – not a great state to be in when we’re working! It will also have a knock-on effect in how we deal with our emotions and physical wellbeing.

How To BREAK the Mobile HABIT!

Give Yourself a Week’s Trial with NO phone in your room! You will be Shocked how the QUALITY of Your SLEEP will have IMPROVED!
• Set Boundaries by putting your phone out on the landing window etc…
• Did you know that your mobile radiates out electromagnetic radiation, so your phone ideally needs to be at least 3ft away from your body while sleeping and ideally on flight mode!
