What the sessions involve:
You are involved in working in a healing space that is attuned to promote peace and well being for your highest good and in "tune" with your healing journey at this time.

The first visit is for approx. 90 mins. And 60 mins. Thereafter. It involves a profile intake, followed with a healing session, focusing on what you would like to achieve from our time together. This information is integrated to ensure the optimum level of care and treatment along with a number of proven techniques to ascertain underlying disruptions, and imbalances in your system by using kinesiology. I use energy indicators (muscle testing) to ascertain your inner genius, your body’s innate wisdom & intelligence in order to activate healing, to realign your body to an optimum state of health and well being.
Based on the outcome of our meeting, we select for you what your body most needs in order to restore it naturally e.g. Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Crystal Healing, Kinesiology, Emotrance, Acupressure, EFT, TAT , Bach Flower Remedies
The sessions involve, sitting or lying on a relaxing plinth, in an atmosphere that is, calming, nurturing and conducive to better health and well being. No removal of clothing is required, only your shoes, for your own comfort.

A number of the following therapies may be used individually or as a complement to rebalance your energy system with each session.
Will I need more than one session?
This depends on how you are and what you would like to gain from the therapy. One session can make you feel great! However, generally sequential sessions have an 'add-on' effect and the recommended course is 4 to 6 weekly sessions. Most people have a lot of tension and stress in the body which needs to be mobilised before healing can take place on a deeper and more permanent level.
