Dr Bach believed that harmful emotions were the main cause of disease and he classified the various emotions into seven main categories. These seven categories were then divided further into 38 negative feelings.
Each negative emotion is associated with a particular plant. He also developed a compound of five flowers called Rescue Remedy to be used in emergency situations or for trauma. |

What to expect from our session?
“Emotional Care and wellbeing”
Everything in existence has a unique vibrational rate. Our bodies differ in vibration both internally and externally and vibrational imbalances affect the quality of our lives in many ways. For this reason the remedies are chosen on the basis of how you feel, and the sort of person you are, they are used as a complement to other healing modalities that I use.
Normally when we prescribe a remedy for ourselves: we can ask ourselves, how do I feel? Do I feel fear? What kind of fear? Or I feel despair, what kind of despair? Etc…
